Above: A Wedding cake. Designed for a couple of 4x4 Off-Roading enthusiasts who requested a novelty cake instead of the traditional wedding cake. Everything on the cake is edible except the car. The Bottom Tier is a rich fruit cake, the middle layer is chocolate fudge cake and the top tier is a 'dummy' (also not edible), due to the fact that there was no need for 3 tiers of cake. Makes a fantastic alternative if not a lot of cake is required.

Above: A birthday cake for 1 & 3 year old sisters. This was a 'error' cake as even though it tastes fab, it was one of my first designs and I soon learned how to smooth the surface and get fewer bumps!! Lesson learned!
